Hi,
How are you? We are sorry we didn't answer before but
it was a very challenging period both
for us and for Ms Perri. She told us that we had to answer the blog but we forgot to do it!! Sorry,
again.
We are glad you had a great time with us in Calabria.
We did lots of cool things, didn't we? Do you remember when we went to the sea
together? Wasn't the weather brilliant? Now it's wet and rainy - we can't wait
for summer to come again.
We're all talking about the trip to England. We all
want to come but it's not possible. Maybe some of us who don't qualify for
England will go to Poland in May. We're sure that will be really interesting,
too.
We miss you and hope to see you soon.
lots of love

Contaminated water
Hi to all Comenius
friends, how are you doing?
We’re fine
and especially because it looks as though spring is arriving already . It’s
really warm today-at least 15 ° ! The sun is shining and colourful flowers are
beginning to come out. This year we haven’t had any snow here in Vibo, but
there has been a lot in the north of Italy. We know we’re really lucky
with the weather but we also have some bad problems with the environment. Last Saturday
the newspaper headlines were very alarming - they said that it was dangerous to use tap water
for cooking but even for washing ourselves. In fact some lab tests have shown
that there could be traces of benzene in the water at source !! The police
scientists are investigating. You know, water is life for humans, animals and
plants so let’s hope the problem can be solved as fast as possible. We will
keep you posted.
We have
posted above the headline from an online newspaper. Even if you don’t
understand Italian, we’re sure you will get the gist!
Lots of
love for now.
